About Aberdaron

Porth Meudwy ("Fishermen's Cove"), near Aberdaron, is the location of a slipway. There is a daily 20-minute crossing to Bardsey Island costing 30 for adults and 20 for children under 14. Contact the boat owner (Colin) on 07917 769895. Trips include 3 - 4 hours on Bardsey Island and include a talk on its history and wildlife.

In September 2003 approval was given for improvements to be made to the harbour facilities at Porth Meudwy.
