About Humber Sea Terminal

Following over £25m of investment, the Humber Sea Terminal is a major new port development for the Humber Estuary and the UK.

Free from the operating constraints and added costs associated with tidal restrictions and lock gates, the Humber Sea Terminal provides a minimum 7.5m depth of water at low spring tides and can be dredged to 8.5m. It offers 24-hour berth access and a riverside location for damage-free easy berthing without tugs at most states of the tide. The easy access to the berths and deeper water available in the channel approaches saves on vessel turnaround time.
