About Mousa

Mousa measures a little under two miles in length and almost a mile at its widest point. It is easily accessible from Sandwick as it is barely a mile offshore. Although it is a single island it does have a distinct "waist" and is subdivided into North Isle and South Isle. The landing stage that the ferry uses is at the meeting place of these two isles on the west of the island at West Ham.
